This Privacy Policy explains what information Metal Master (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to metalmaster.pk only.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on the Contact page:
- Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
- Project details — the message, service type, project location, preferred visit date and time, and any notes you enter.
- Uploaded files — drawings, measurements or reference photos you attach to a site-visit request.
- Preferred contact method — WhatsApp, phone call or email.
We do not run analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts on this site, and the site does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store small preferences locally on your device; that data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How your information is used
We use the information you submit only to:
- respond to your enquiry, complaint or feedback;
- arrange and carry out a site visit;
- prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, carry out the work.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
How forms are processed
The forms on this site are handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit a form, the data (including any attachments) is sent to Web3Forms, which forwards it to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission on our behalf; see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for how they handle data in transit.
Once a submission reaches us, it is stored in our email and business records for as long as needed to deal with your project and to meet any record-keeping obligations.
Sharing your information
We share your information only where necessary:
- with the form-delivery provider described above;
- with team members or trusted subcontractors working on your project;
- where we are required to by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. You can also withdraw a site-visit request at any time before the visit.
